Ceasar Salad- Home Style


Ingredients:

Red onion- 2 ea (small dice)
Cherry tomatoes-1 Pint (halved)
avacados - 2 ea (small dice)
cucumber-1/2 ea (small dice)
romaine lettuce - 6 hearts (whole heart or diced)
buffallo mozarella cheese-1ea (diced)
seasoning - to taste
Organic ceasar dressing - 4tbsp


Method:
Separately Dice all the ingredients & mix it well together with seasoning.
Add in the ceasar dressing. & check seasoning.
serve cold.

Note: ceasar dressing can be bought readymade but they might have anchovy essesnce or flavouring in it. try the organic one which might have only egg.
