Small brinjals(Aubergine)-6 or 7
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Garam masala - 1tsp
mustard seeds- 1tsp
Mix all powders including seasoning.
Split the brinjals in centre.(do not separate) and stuff the masala gently.
Heat the oil in a non stick pan, to put the mustard seeds, and add the stuffed brinjals.
Fry gently until its done.
Serve with rice, paratha, Chappathi.
