SEPPANKIZHANGU ROAST (ARVI ROAST)


seppankizhangu roast curry/ arvi roast


Ingredients


Arvi – 200gm(seppankizhangu)


Mustard seed- 1tsp


Urad dhal- 1 tsp


Asafoetida-a pinch


Chilli powder- 1 tsp


Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp


Salt- to taste


Oil- 2 Tsp


Gram flour-2 tsp


Curry leaves-1 sprig


Method


Boil arvi, to remove skin and cut in to small round shape.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed, urad dhal, curry leaves, arvi, all powders and salt.

Add gram flour to sauté and cook until crispy.

    From where u got Arvi.....I am not able to get them at ASDA...
