MOONG DHAL SUBZI




Ingredients:


Sprouted moong dhal -2 cups

Onion – 1 ea finely chopped

Tomato -1 ea finely chopped

Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp

Chilli powder – 1 tsp

Coriander paste – 1tsp

Cumin powder – 1tsp

Green chilli – 1 or 2 sliced

Turmeric powder- 1 tsp

Oil – 2tsp

Salt – to taste


Method


Heat oil in a pressure pan, sauté onion & tomato.

Add ginger garlic paste and green chillies & sauté for few minutes.

Add all spices, salt and moong dhal.

Add three cups of water in a pressure pan and steam till 3 to 4 whistle.

Serve hot with rice or chappathi.
