Tomato - 2 ea (finely chopped)
Garlic / Giner - 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
garam masala - 1 tsp
Fennel powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 tsp
Yoghurt - 1 cup
Cashewnuts - 1/4 cups
Seasoning - to taste
Double cream - 1 tbsp
Oil - For Frying
Peel the small new potatoes & fork it to make holes & microwave it for a minute & deep fry.
Fork it to make tiny holes before frying. Keep them separate.
Heat oil in a pan. Add in the onions & ginger garlic paste & saute till raw flavours worn out.
Add in the tomatoes & blend to make a fine paste.
Add all the masala powders to the yogurt & mix well. keep separate.
Finally add in the fried aloo & Check the seasoing & finish with chopped coriander leaves to finish.
