KADHI RECIPE

RM2#Day 22


KADHI RECIPE



Ingredients

Basan flour- 2 tbsp
Yoghurt- 1 cup
G.chillies- 2 ea(chopped)
Cumin seed- 1 tsp Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Curry leaves- 1 sprig
Salt- to taste
Onion- 1 ea(finely chopped)
Garlic-2 tsp(finely chopped)
Ginger-1 tsp(finely grated)
Mustard seed- 1 tsp
Oil-1 tbsp
Cilantro- for garnishing

Method

Take a bowl, add basan flour, yoghurt,turmeric powder,salt, g.chillies, 3 cups water & mix well.

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seed,mustard seed,ginger,garlic, onion,curry leaves & saute few mins.






Sweat the onions.

Add basan mix & stir well.




Allow it to boil, remove from heat & finish with cilantro.

Serve with rice or chappathi.
