SAMBAR VADA

RM 2 #Day 20
Ingredients



Sambar- 4 cups (click here for the Recipe)

Cilantro- for garnishing

Onion – 1 no (finely chopped)

Tomato – 1no (finely chopped)

Cilantro – 1tsp (finely chopped)

Carrot -1tsp (grated)
Cucumber- 2 tbsp(chopped)

Method

Soak vada in sambar, rest 30-45 minutes.

Before serving add chopped onion, tomato, grated carrot, cilantro and salt.

Serve hot.

  11. i prefer vada with chutney, but everyone else loves it this way mom and hubby soak in sambhar and then have, looks good
