WHIPPED CREAM

FIRST OF ALL A VERY HAPPY & A PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL.MAY THIS YEAR BRING YOU ALL THE HAPPINESS & EXPECTATIONS.



Ingredients:

Double Cream - 250 ml
Castor sugar - 100 gms
Salt - a pinch

Method:

Pour the Double cream in a hollow bowl. make sure that the cream is very cold & taken from the fridge only before you make this.

Add in the castor sugar & salt pinch & start to whip through.

Whip it until the sugar is well mixed & the cream gets thick enough for the consistancy you need.
Use as Topping for cakes & other use.
