CARROT ALMOND KHEER


Ingredients
Carrot- 250gms
Almond-50 gms
Sugar-1 cup
Cardamom- 2 ea
Milk-3 cups


Method
Soak the almond in hot water & de-skin.
Pressure cook the carrot & almond with milk upto a whistle or two.
Cool it & grind with sugar & cardamom.
Serve cold .
