Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Chat masala-3 tsp
Roasted cumin powder-2 tsp
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Soak the tamarind in hot water & squeeze out 3 cups juice from the pulp.
Add all ingredients & mix well.
Allow to boil for 5 to 10 mins.
Allow it cool & serve with any chat items.
We can store this chutney for atleast a month in the refrigerator.
