MAWA KACHORI- & HAPPY DIWALI WISHES TO ALL
'WISH YOU ALL A VERY HAPPY & SAFE DIWALI!!!!!!'
Plain flour- 2 cup
Salt- a pinch
Water- as required
Mava/koya- 1 cup (unsweetened)
Cardamom powder- a pinch
Powdered sugar-1/2 cup
Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
Rose syrup-2 tsp
Make a dough with plain flour, rava,oil,salt & water
& keep it aside for 20 mins.
Heat a pan, add plain mawa ,powdered sugar, cardamom &
Allow to cook.Blend cashew & almond to a course powder, Add this powder to mawa & mix well.
Allow to cool & make small balls.
Add sugar with water, cardamom powder, rose syrup & make syrup.
Flatten it as small roti, fill the stuffing & cover it.
Again flatten it with filling & keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan, deep fry the kachories & keep it
