Urad dal-2 cups (soaked)
Green chillies-3 no
Salt- To taste
Oil- for frying
Clean and wash Keerai & shred it finely
Grind the urad dal to a fine paste.
Take a bowl add ground urad dal,shredded keerai,geen chilles, salt & mix well.
Heat oil in a pan, make vadai & deep fry it both sides.
Serve with chutneys.
