Sago/sabudana-1 cup (soaked)
Potato-1 no (boiled)
Green chillies-2 no (chopped)
peanut-3 tbsp (coarsely powdered)
Oil- for frying
Salt- to taste
Soak the sogo minimum 2-3 hours & drain it.
Take a bowl add soaked sago, mashed potato, cilantro. chopped chilles,ginger ,salt & crushed peanut.
Mix well & make a small flatten it to shape it as vadais.
Heat oil in a pan,
Deep fry the vadais on both sides & serve hot with chutneys.
