MOONG DAL LADOOS- PAYATHAM MAVU LADOOS-PASI PARUPPU LADOO- NEI URUNDAI- This is very tasty & Easy to make. This ladoo is very healthy & protein rich.This lentil based sweet is a classical Indian sweet Recipe.
Moong dal-2 cups
Cardamom powder- apinch
Cashew nut-2 tsp (sliced)
Dry Roast the moong dal & grind in to a fine powder.
If not fine powder & sieve it .
Grind the sugar into a fine powder.
Take a bowl add moong dal powder, sugar powder, cardamom powder & mix well.
Heat the ghee add chopped cashew & roast it and to the bowl.
Mix well & make a round shape & keep it air tight container.
