VEGETABLE STEW(KERALA STYLE) | BEST SIDE DISH FOR IDIYAPPAM & APPAM

This is a famous  dish from southern India especially Tamilnadu & Kerala.Normally best accompanied with Idiyappam & Appam. We love the coconut flavour.Normally cardamom ,Cloves, bay leaves are  added in the stew, which  strongly dominates the  coconut flavour that is why I avoided using spices. If you like masala flavours, add along with cumin seed.
