DESI GHEE - HOME MADE GHEE-CLARIFIED BUTTER
Desi ghee is the one of the main ingredient in every day indian food. Normally ghee is used make all indian sweets and while making parathas or rotis adding ghee is instead of oil.I love the flavour of ghee.When my childhood days my mom and grandma was making homemade butter everyday. I love the taste of butter, when i remember that moment, my mouth waters .They used to churn butter for 3-4 days and once enough butter is accumulated we make clarified ghee.
Heat the butter in a kadai.
Allow to boil until it clarifies into a transparent liquid.
The correct consistancy is check the above first picture, the bubbles comes up & turn off the stove. leave it for a while, Make it cool and strain it . Store in container.
